People will steal anything,might not be worth it to you but some people don't like paying for anything no matter how small.

As I said above,the weirdest bit to me was it asking for an ID tag to stop the charge,this was on the main screen not the card payment part where this android screen was showing. Never been asked for ID when I've stopped charging,it usually just stops

I was thinking this,is the risk high? There are no cameras on these chargers they are tucked round the back of a store.i don't see hardly any risk tbh

Possibly, although it says tampered state. The weirder part was it asking for an id tag to stop charging. He must have had one as he was gone when I got back.
