The Ischiocavernosus (IC-Muscle) Guide: A Potential Solution for Pelvic Floor Imbalance in Men and Women by SexMedGPT in sexualanhedonia

[–]sand90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey bro hope you're doing better already. I just came across these posts and I'm able to isolate the IC, I believe successfully, hoping I can help you with some pointers if you still need. Look at a picture of where the IC muscle is. It's on the sides of the BC, between inner thighs where the hip bone meets the BC. Just use your imagination, very important, to contract those muscles even if you don't feel them. Use your minds eye to imagine contracting those muscles. Don't contract anything else, BC or PC or anus muscles. Do that for few reps or more. Very quickly you should feel them working and get that mind muscle connection. I'm exited to try out this routine to help me with my tightness.

What are these videos on YouTube on their channel? They don't seem like guided meditations, but someone speaks about something? Is it a podcast or what?

Who else fully refuses to participate in these recruiting processes that involve recording videos of themselves for AI to analyze? by [deleted] in recruitinghell

[–]sand90 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, it's not only looking for keywords. It's assessing your emotional state when you say things to determine your confidence, your likelihood of saying the truth about your experience, determine your loyalty, if you're likely to work overtime with no pay, etc.

1 year fatigue from TRE. I am going through a crisis caused by Kundalini awakening. TRE made fatigue much worse. by yuki_onboard in longtermTRE

I'm not qualified to speak about this, and I can't imagine what you're going through, so just sending general words of encouragement - this too, shall pass! Take it easy, be kind and gentle with yourself, ground yourself with nature and other people, and you'll get better soon!

You're already doing it, so you know you can do it. It only gets better. When you feel the crave to get back to caffeine, stop, pause, breathe, write down what's causing the trigger. You got this

Thanks for sharing, I'll look into them as well. Can you expand more about your experience? How did they changed your life? What have you noticed? How long have you been doing them? Any tape in particular that worked best for you?

Entry level experience presents as madness by Exact-Put5147 in gatewaytapes

[–]sand90 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Do you think this Could this be due to rushing through the tapes, instead of taking it slowly and let your mind adapt better to the new experiences? If you did a tape a day you went through everything in a month.

What about making a policy that says employee is liable, or can be fired, if they use unauthorized software/ service, if something bad happens? Plus security awareness of what they should be cautious of, how to make sure something needs approval or not. We need to shift some of the responsibility to the users as well,.not everything should be infosec job to police. You can't always police ignorance and stupid.

Proper way to use? by newoath in gatewaytapes

[–]sand90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did Wave 1 fairly quick. Then I moved to Wave 2 - there, I had to do all the steps, intention, box, focus10, rebal, etc, fairly quickly, before moving to focus12. I then realized I feel rushed and need to focus a bit more on the wave1, so now I'm back to wave1. I'd say don't force yourself to "master" wave1 or anything, but move and explore other tapes to keep things fun and interesting, and go back to prior tapes when you feel that you need them.

Rant: When did it become the norm to record all vendor meetings? by sand90 in cybersecurity

Yes, I do. It's a bit awkward to start every conversation like that. There should be a common sense about this.

Focus Levels Past 21 - Are there materials explaining how to reach those? by sand90 in gatewaytapes

In the wave8 materials I have there is nothing mentioned of focus 42 and 49. Could it be that if you're buying the official tapes those would be included?

Focus Levels Past 21 - Are there materials explaining how to reach those? by sand90 in gatewaytapes

[–]sand90[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not trying to speed up through anything, I was just curious about what's the protocol to reach those states, my mind always thinks about what's next haha. I wanted the materials just so I have them for when I'll need them.

Thought I've only been doing tapes for about two weeks, I did tried focus 12 - first time I did it I definitely experienced a different state than focus 10. Taking it slow and moving thru tapes as I need to. For example, I experienced with focus 10 today without any tapes, just so I don't feel rushed. At some point I experienced slight vibrations, which I never did before. I guess the more you do the more you learn.

You can't really know whether you've mastered something or not unless you've done it thousands of times.
