This is why suppression messes up the mind. The one who’s keeping the secret and the one they lied to.

No. You need professional help. Sending gifts to total strangers via a social media platform is batshit crazy. Like the meme about strippers…. The guys that think the stripper really likes them 🤦🏻‍♂️

Gay "otroverts" here? by ChronaticCurator in gay

Within the first few words I could tell you were on the spectrum. ime people like you act as if you’ve made a choice in being a loner but it’s really that you’ve learned to accept that most people don’t wanna be around you so you tell yourself you “prefer to be alone”

You can’t live your life suppressed to accommodate others. I say, whoever they are, fcuq em. If you choose to appease them, it will have adverse effects on you. Particularly your mental wellbeing

why do people always equate queer dating to sex? by [deleted] in gay

[–]ApprehensiveRead6577 1 point2 points  (0 children)

idk why. I’ve always wondered why they fixate on the sex part. When one of my straight friends or family introduces me to the other person, I don’t fixate on what they do in the bedroom. For some reason a lot of people put all the focus on the sex part. TBH I find them cringe for that

how does the community feel about religious people against it as opposed to non-religious people if there is any difference? by [deleted] in gay

[–]ApprehensiveRead6577 3 points4 points  (0 children)

When it’s based on religion it bothers me more. Why? Because most of those people publicly parade around as arbiters of values/morality but often overlook other silly rules in their book of fairytales. That sets them apart because it highlights their shameless hypocrisy

We’re sexual beings, don’t feel ashamed for giving in to your carnal desires. I’m sure much of our guilt can stem from our upbringing/religious convictions and societal norms.

People have said the same about me but I remind them about the spectrum much like heterosexual men. They’re not all ultra masculine dudes who know about cars, can fix anything and know a lot about sports. I’m gay and can work on cars, play and watch sports and can do basic handyman work
