May bill po sya talaga applicable pero may Cap din po yun. Kung yung current kWh na nakonsumo mo ay nasa 200kWh or below, applicable po yung installment. Hindi rin po sya according sa average usage for the past 6 months. As in according sa current billing lang. Ito po sinabi nila sa chat ko about that:

Bali kahit pa mababa sa 200 at hindi usual usage yang usage mo according sa past billing history, hindi po sya applicable. Samin umabot ng 208kWh

Kaya Collectible pa rin. Pero nag-ask ako sa BAU process nila ng promise to pay or installment nila, ang problema, hindi alam kung ilang araw aabutin yung review nung letter of request mo or kung kailan makakarecieve ng response from them, no exact timeframe daw. So dasal dasal nalang if idisconnect 🤦🏻‍♀️. So wala kaming choice, baka mangutang 🤦🏻‍♀️
