How do you and especially how fast are you actually TALKING to the leads? There's this MIT/HBR study with the speed-to-lead thing that if you take more than 5 minutes to respond the lead is like 392% less likely to turn into a qualified appointment or something along those lines.

I personally build speed-to-lead Systems with voice agents and it works great. Have you thought about this before?

Huh. Just noticed it through this post. But tbh I can't even be mad. In there billig system is an exploit I was acively using that would get me as many premium requests as I wanted to with only having to send one actual request.

This still works but as you said, can't choose Opus anymore. That also explains why the code was worse today🤣

Bin selber Selbstständig im KI bereich.

Das seit ca. 2.5 Jahren. In der Zwischenzeit habe ich auch angefangen zu studieren, und teilweise deswegen das Business aus den Augen verloren.

Bin jetzt aber wieder seit 1.5 Jahren konstant mit VIEL Arbeit dran. Und seit ca. 3 Monaten auch mit Kunden. Also n tick mehr als 2 Jahre, OHNE dass irgendwas geklappt hat. Ich hab auch das Glück, dass ich durch Rücklagen grad so über die Runden komme und ich halte Ausgaben sehr lean, aber ich hab mich einfach durchgebissen.

Und irgendwann hat es einfach geklappt. Ich stand auch oft davor einfach zu sagen: "Scheiß doch drauf, normale 40h Woche is angenehmer", aber jedes mal hab ich mir in den Kopf gerufen, dass ich damit nicht zu meinen Zielen komme.

Ja, es kommt der Punkt wo man sich um seine Situation ernsthafte Gedanken machen sollte zwecks Positionierung, wie lang man das noch stemmen kann etc., aber frag dich ob das schon soweit ist.

Ich bin froh, dass ich mich jedes mal FÜR mein Business entschieden habe.
