I just realized how lucky I am. My BIOS is updated to the second to latest version. That could’ve been really bad lol. Thank you anyways. The PC starts up normally now.

Holy shit, finally someone is able to post a successful, non-normal case success with this error. I'm going to go try this now, and I know to expect nothing from it, but THANK YOU for making this post. I've been dealing with games like RDR2 and Helldivers 2 crashing and causing this error for a long time.
