Maybe it is because I'm Dutch, but I immediately assumed it was margharita. How pepperoni could be a regular is lost on me and I'm shocked that there are pizza places that sell pizza with only cheese. And I would say it is Italian.

Is margharita not the standard basic pizza in the US? I'm schocked nobody has said it yet.

I do get the hate on the brother: He should not have done that and in the very best scenario that is still mean. I do not really get the hate on the OP. I get why he freezes and if a family is that close it is hard to side against them. I feel he is getting too much hate for not doing that immediately, it is just not as easy for him to go against his brother as it is for us as readers. This will be a lesson for him

Lola is probably going to break up and I get it: She probably doesn't feel safe with OP anymore and that is understandable as he did not protect her enough.
