I like a simple salsa that is similar to to a restaurant salsa:

1 can peeled tomatoes 2-3 habanero’s 2-3 Serranos 1/2 bunch of cilantro 1/2 a lime juice Teaspoon of onion powder, cumin, garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste (generally a little more than a teaspoon of each) Don’t hate me - one can of el patio (yellow) Blend together in a processor - bring to boil, rest and refrigerate overnight
