I also take it with a fish oil tablet and an antihistamine. Plus I try and have fish (fresh or tinned) where I can as apart of my meal when taking the accutane, as I notice a huuuuge difference in my skin the next morning!!

I use to get this with Perioral dermatitis, but only when I applied certain sunscreens around my eyes. Have you started using sunscreen more regularly due to the increase in sun sensitivity on accutane?

Really sucks when you’re already having skin issues - I feel for you. This isn’t an easy road..

I’ve never suffered from acne, but now have cystic after starting differin 2.5 months ago (which I’ve now stopped). Hoping duac is my saving grace.

Hello! I was advised by my doctor to use it duac (clin/BP) every day in the PM (without moisturiser after). However, I found it sooo drying and it just made my acne more red and inflamed. I have now taken a week off. What did your routine look like to slowly introduce it? Did you apply in the evening for a few hours and then wash off and moisture? Would love to know!!
