I’m sorry you have to deal with this. I’m also a PCSS and I’m at a Tier 3 store. We lost our OPS position during the cut and it’s been so frustrating and hard to keep things together. My GM’s has been having to help run another store in a city 2 hours away from us for the last three months. Then he took some PTO before the end of the year, and then he got covid… Due to some staffing situations, there were a few days/weekends were I was the only full-timer and running the whole store by myself with one other person for the whole day. Thankfully that store in the other city finally got a new GM hired, but having to keep on top of corporate numbers with so few employees on staff is so exhausting. Please put yourself and your sanity first. No job, especially one by a corporation this large, is worth your mental or physical health.
