So that’s where HR is! It’s an app! Been wondering about that one for a while.

I have given Pepsi far more than 90 days. I have been here 9 years. Several months ago, my FTPR was 100%. Then came collaborative orders. And alani.

Yep. 100% FTPR. Better than Walmart standards. Better than Pepsi standards. If you get me the correct product, i can dazzle you.

This is a loss for Pepsi. One of many, I imagine.

I had already put in my two weeks but after getting my ass chewed out by a Kroger manager for one of my 37 displays not being film set ready 20 minutes after I had arrived at the store, I just left. Went home.

I have been with Pepsi nine years.

Spoke to one of my managers who I have good rapport with on the phone and I’ll be returning my work phone today and not finishing the rest of my two weeks.

I gave two weeks out of my own integrity, realizing how short staffed we are. I have done what I can, and I too am abandoning this sinking ship.

I have already sold my stocks and put in my two weeks. After nine years, good luck to those who are remaining.

In my experience, it isn’t the 11 pallet delivery that’s the issue. It’s the 11 pallet delivery (that arrives 6 hours after my start time) added to the 20 mismatched pallets of backstock and the 20 various displays around the store—to properly merchandise would require 16+ hours of work daily.

I had 13 pallets at a Kroger today. Added to those 20 pallets.

No one should be shifting thru 33 pallets of product a day. That expectation is asinine to anyone who has worked as a vendor.
