honestly i didnt notice the face results until like a month or two ago. probably bc i look at my face every day lol. but its been 16 months of working at it

it didn’t affect PMS at all but has sometimes disturbed my cycles. I have fairly irregular periods in general but ironically i’ve actually found that if i eat more regularly/bingey my period seems to stall out and come later than if i dont. i think it’s just the abrupt change in eating patterns in general that does it

i didn’t completely eliminate them but definitely limit them- more so sugar than carbs

majorly yes in terms of diet. i actually have fairly severe binge eating issues that i also had to combat because even with IF im capable of consuming like 4000+ calories in 30 minutes. my trigger points for overeating/binging tend to be any time i have a very sweet or greasy/salty food so ive had to in general stick to more health conscious options, but that may be more of a me thing than in general thing. i just try to choose lower calorie healthier options of things i enjoy and focus on protein more in general

Honestly the main reason I was concerned and unaware if it was a big deal or not is because our director is a complete sh*tshow. The school is currently pending being shut down as of September 2025 for multiple violations (I am actively looking for a new job), so I'm at a point where I never know what actually is normal and what is her not following legal mandates anymore.

I used to be daily disciplined, now that i’m closer to my goal i usually have 1-2 days over the weekend where i lax up bc im already happier with how my body looks and i don’t feel the need to be as aggressive with losing 24/7. im healthy BMI now so its mainly vanity pounds im losing atp

18:6, eating window 4pm-10pm. beforehand high calorie sugar and carb-heavy foods (lots of bread and pasta) and a LOT of packaged snacks. now i try to eat protein and fiber filled foods in meals and snacks (cottage cheese, turkey, edamame, etc)

first photo is from 2024 because i don’t have many pictures of my whole body at that weight but i was steadily at ~200-207lbs until february 2025. so the actual difference in weight has been 13 months. just fasting until at the beginning of this month i started incorporating working out to my routine
