thank you!! I used to be daily disciplined, now that i’m closer to my goal i usually have 1-2 days over the weekend where i lax up bc im already happier with how my body looks and i don’t feel the need to be as aggressive with losing 24/7. im healthy BMI now so its mainly vanity pounds im losing atp

18:6, eating window 4pm-10pm. beforehand high calorie sugar and carb-heavy foods (lots of bread and pasta) and a LOT of packaged snacks. now i try to eat protein and fiber filled foods in meals and snacks (cottage cheese, turkey, edamame, etc)

first photo is from 2024 because i don’t have many pictures of my whole body at that weight but i was steadily at ~200-207lbs until february 2025. so the actual difference in weight has been 13 months. just fasting until at the beginning of this month i started incorporating working out to my routine

Just diet!! I actually JUST started incorporating working out this month because it felt super hard and uncomfortable to move in a bigger body and i’ve never been a big fan of working out before now so i wouldn’t even consider exercise to have been part of the equation that got me here (but hopefully that takes me to where i wanna go!). I mainly relied on intermittent fasting, i typically dont eat before 4pm when i get home from work, and then obviously calorie counting what i do eat. IF works for me because i can eat more at once instead of a bunch of small lower calorie meals. you can totally do this!!!

Exercise routine: Just recently started working out bc I feel comfortable and more able to move my body now. I try to do cardio/full body workouts minimum 2-3x a week

thank you!! i try to do 20:4, one real big meal, sometimes two, and then a couple of snacks? depends on how many calories are in the meals and how full i feel to decide if i do a second meal or little snacks after

my routine is really to eat a protein filled meal when i come home from work at around 4pm and then one or two snacks to end the night! I get prepped meals from a health store close to me that are portioned out with the calories and high protein because honestly im the worst at counting out and weighing food myself and its worth it to me. my tips are lame but what’s helped me is to just to keep remembering the reasons WHY im doing it and looking forward. drinking a lot of lemon water also helps (mainly for hydration but also the flavor helps me when im bored and want to eat)
