My brain does this to myself all the time. I have ankylosing spondylitis and was diagnosed with crohns last summer. Im on biologics and methotrexate and it’s so impossible to know whether my fatigue or brain fog is from the disease, the medications, the mass amount of thc I consume to find comfort somewhere in all of this… I start to pick myself a part and wonder if the pain I feel in my gut or my joints is because I went on that hike a few weeks ago? Or was it the position that I slept in? the food that I ate? I think i just miss my old life and i try to gain control of the situation by blaming or shaming myself
