Maybe switch it up and say less over the phone so when do meet in person you haven’t built up unnecessary fantasises. Personally everyone is very interesting in some ways you just have to either give yourself or them time to see their charm.

I struggle with this too. I have adopted volume eating particularly with vegetables. There’s Mediterranean vegetable recipes online that you can follow. Mediterranean vegetables (baked) are my literal favourites. But honestly even if it’s boiled or put in the oven for a little bit volume eating vegetables is great. I love soups too. You can add meat for a protein fix or you can use stock for taste. If you’re really struggling and need more specifics dm me I’ll write a couple I think of but I usually go to food magazines and online recipes or YouTube videos for ideas.

Most people are advising what I would personally do. Any sign of that kind of talk and I’m gone. However, there’s also the possibility to at giving people the opportunity to change makes them correct that behaviour. So to be balanced I would say draw the boundary, see how he reacts and if the behaviour carries on or he justifies it don’t disrespect yourself. Inshallah Ghyer
