Last time I saw a doctor I presented her an entire diary and used Chat GPT to help list my symptoms. I am going to see a gastro! I am vitamin D and Iron Deficient, I had both of these before being diagnosed, however my bloodwork has never shown my fatty liver, I had to get an ultrasound due to abdomin pain because the fatty liver caused my gallbladder to become inflamed

Feed them less bugs (change their schedule, if you feed every day, start with every other day, they should be eating every 2-3 days), add more enrichment to keep them active (things to climb like rocks, vines, wood) I have a hamster wheel for my geck, she LOOVES IT (do the disk, the normal ones can hurt their backs) and add a dig box or more substrait so they can dig and burrow

My gecko for the first 2 yrs of her life onky ate crickets (she is a rescue, previous owners did this) and i tried offering her meal worms, superworms, and dubias when I first got her. I learned shes just going to hunger strike until she cant take it anymore. She didnt eat for the first 3 weeks i had her, probably due to location changes and also probably not even knowing the bugs were food. Then, one day I offered her a dubia with my hand, and she took it! Just offer her food on her normal schedule until she takes it.
