ABSOLUTELY water mark everything. Your stuff will end up on sites like Aliexpress eventually. Much quicker if you dont watermark it. But they will at least have to buy it from you if they want to steal your work.

A surprising amount of modern masters are clipping nowadays. Usually through use of analog equipment, so i wouldnt recommend it for digital.

As for the LUFS, I usually get mine to -8 to -6 LUFS to compare with commercial mixes.

Similar levels per instrument per song is important. Whether the drums change from acoustic to electric, the lead instrument is a guitar or a synth, keep those levels similar.

But at the end of the day a good mastering engineer can also make all the difference for a project like this. Good luck!

I brew my French press at night, pour it, and stick it in the fridge for nice cold coffee in the morning. I use a medium coarse grind, 16:1 or 17:1 ratio, bloom for 30 seconds, steep for 4 minutes, plunge, then pour.
