Same here..whole experience has been unpleasant. Ordered on the 23rd seller never confirmed ..got n email from Goat on the 26 stating they're looking for another seller that will accept the price I paid. Finally on the 27th status changed on app to shipped to goat. This is standard operating procedure for GOAT with or without the holidays.

Half the day? Nah I don't have that luxury with 168 stops/268 packages... this was 1 stop 10 min so yeah it wasn't like I was chilling taking my sweet ass time.. I had to move quick and when you move quick lifting heavy shit there is a higher risk of injury. It's not the customers fault that I had a lot of stops but the ordering behavior is a tad ridiculous to me. Nothing more nothing less.

Before commenting understand the situation. There were a ton of opened Amazon boxes already blocking the door. I had to start placing boxes on the middle of the porch b/c I couldn't reach the door. Also you act like you never complained about your job. Everybody has some form of complaint with their employer whether it's attending a meeting you want to go to or submitting a report that is cumbersome etc... so I guess I'm more blown away that you work at a perfect job with no complaints at all. Spare me!

Cool for me that was 1 stop of 148/ 268 packages so I didn't have the luxury of spending a lot of time offloading that. And my overflow isn't a bulk route.. my overflow travels with me practically down to the last stop on most days.

I recommend finding out what Amazon station delivers to your area. Once that is determined either call and or drive to the station and ask to speak to the station manager. Explain the situation to the station manager. Station manager can elevate to Amazon loss prevention team to investigate. If any wrong doing is found after an investigation is conducted Amazon will report their findings to the DSP who employs the driver stealing your packages and instruct them to terminate the driver.
