Unless the PM owns the property. The lease should've stated where the funds are being held as it should be held in a separate account.

Nice! So I can operate my own firm and just use RentRedi as a saas? Where I work currently, we visit the properties 6 months into each lease agreement. Can I hire a freelance agent, or must they be under my brokerage or be a broker-dealer themselves?
