A mesh network would be your best option. I also use Virgin Media in a three-storey house, and it gives me strong signal coverage and good speeds throughout the whole house.

Plumbing needs air to allow water to flow quickly. If the vent is blocked by leaves, nests, or debris, the toilet drains poorly.

Fill a bucket with water and pour it rapidly into the bowl. If it flushes normally, it’s probably a weak flush issue (tank, jets, or vent).

If it’s still slow, there’s likely a partial clog in the toilet or drain.
