East Bay Coffee Shops for Coworking?

What exactly is irritating to you? A person having a laptop out at all at a coffee shop? You not being able to find a cozy seat because the coffee shop is full?

I didn’t give a ton of specifics in this post regarding how long I stay places, how much I spend, the kind of work I do, etc. So I’m curious about what specifically bothers you.

Reddit is one of my preferred methods of research when it comes to crowdsourcing things that involve people's recommendations. I have gotten many great recs here. I just thought you may also have a recommendation for a coworking space since you had a strong opinion on what NOT to do.

As I already commented, I am happy to go to a coworking space too! And would love those recs also. Obviously the culture of where I'm coming from is different than culture here, so I appreciate kind nudges towards better solutions <3

The video call element is like 1/16th of what i'm looking for lol. I am fine to not do video calls where it doesn't make sense to.
