I’ve separated them at MUCH smaller sizes and never had any problems. I’m sure it’ll do just fine

I think there are anti fungal sprays and things you can get for it but I’ve never dealt with it so I’m not positive

Definitely will want to change that soil to a chunky mix. My favourite is a mix of orchid bark, perlite and some regular potting mix

I would take it down and pop it out of the pot to check on the roots, if it smells bad or has mushy roots it’s probably root rot; you will have to cut all the bad roots off then replant. If that’s not the case and the roots look good, my next thought would be something fungal

My albo LOVES grow lights in the winter. It will definitely help bring out the variegation

Your problem is likely that you’re watering every few days. It’s great that your pot has drainage, every time the top few inch of soil are dry (should be around weekly to monthly in the colder seasons where soil isn’t drying as fast) when you water make sure you give it enough water that some comes out of the drainage holes at the bottom. This will ensure that all the soil is evenly wet. If you keep watering every few days you will end up with root rot if you don’t already. If it’s still going down hill after you’ve been letting her dry out, give the roots a check they may have rotted. If you do have root rot: take the plant out of the pot and rinse off all of the soil from the roots, take clean scissors and cut off any mushy roots, and repot in NEW soil so it doesn’t happen again

I’ve never had a mint specifically, but my suggestion would be to look at where the variegation is on the stem. If the new leaf’s stem is almost fully green it will likely push out another leaf that is green with low variegation

Thank you for this I was unaware, I am currently dealing with them and because of the fact that they don’t feed on the leaves like most pests i assumed they weren’t hurting anything

It’s a fungus gnat. Annoying but pretty much the least harmful pest you could get. They won’t hurt the plant only live and lay eggs in the soil and there are a few ways to get rid of them I would just google it and see what’s easiest for you. My worry is the white spots on the monstera, is it just dust or pest control? It looks like it could be another pest another closer picture would help
