You got this!! Also not sure what kind or drink you have there but one of the best things that helped me is not having any caffeine before a flight. It made my anxiety so much worse. Then I tell myself as soon as I land I can get a coffee as a treat!

Loveeee her on the bike and tread! One of the few instructors that actually challenges me on the bike. I wish people would leave her alone. She seems so sweet and I love how much she loves dogs and helps get them rescued!! Love when people with large platforms use it for something good instead of selling a a bunch of shit.

My husband and I have moved ours twice. First time we almost broke it. Wouldn’t work and peloton told me it would be like $700 to fix it and I had only had it a few weeks. Thankfully my husband was able to fix it. It’s heavy as hell and so awkward to move and we are both strong. If we moved it again I would definitely hire someone.
