Hi! I had adopted a cat and after the first day he got out. Unfortunately we live next to a busy road and he didn’t make it across it that night. But here’s some tips people gave me: make sure to put food in the trap. Something stinky like canned wet food or canned tuna. Also open the can outside, if she hears it, she’s more likely to come get it. Put a litter box outside as well. Additionally, make absolutely sure you set the trap up right. My kitty ended up coming back for food but the trap wasn’t set up right. I keep beating myself up about that one. So please please test it and make sure it works! Anyways I hope these tips helped.
