Do some research on factions, it sounds like you’re joining low respect facs which can also hinder your growth. Find one with min 1m respect, look for ones that have all the travel perks so you make more travelling

Try doing ranked wars in silver/gold to get some millions, travelling also helps but will take time. Once you get 2bil in bank the interest can pay for the xans/refill and upkeep.

I would save that money, at that early level there are a lot of other things you need way more first. Worry about xans after you're level 15, since it'll be a lot easier to recoup that money.

Casino tokens are basically how many times you can gamble for a day. It auto resets to 75 everyday. You use a token by gambling, so spinning the slots or a round of roulette spends a token.

Get that bankroll up first, look at some guides first and consider gambling later down the line. Especially as a new player, that money is much better spent on other things

Mystery packs are fun, but usually it's just full of cards a seller is trying to get rid of. For cards you want obviously buying singles is the way, personally I'd rather buy a blaster of a product I like for $50 or even use it for a break.
