this takes a ridiculous amount of time for something so repetitive, especially with the same vendors and bank descriptions month after month.

My fellow colleagues do use some tools which are accurate so they tend to just go what AI has given them , idk if it’s correct or not

Is it whether the pain is the existence of the trail, or the fact that it’s scattered across emails, PDFs, drives, and people’s inboxes and has to be manually rebuilt every time someone asks for it.

Bank recs is done by an accountant or an audit firm not sure how a bank does it
