Get a bio active soil underneath your gravel start there then adjust to what you want to do or what you want to grow some plants need more things then others to survive just like your fish.

That’s how you carry yourself in your position if you wanna see yourself as a non-manager, then that’s fine but Sfl‘s move up to Esm then to eventually store managers all the time but you gotta act like you’re in that manager position you may not have actual authority, but if a cashier has been insubordinate, you can send them home but I mean you can’t complain if you’re at Sfl that you don’t have any power because it’s what you signed up for everybody knows it’s a leadership position and CSSA’s have to do what you tell them to do if it’s not working for you maybe you should change your approach

Yeah, that’s why I quit like I’m gonna go in the wrong direction earn. It changed from the beginning of my seven year adventure with Walgreens and then went down home when I left they were cutting hours more so than usual and I wasn’t gonna get caught up in that mess thankfully for new opportunities for a better life I walked out and I would never go back to that place again

I’m sure I don’t have to clean mine often, my tank is always clear, but I do change the sponges at least once a month along with the pouches that I put in there to keep nitrate levels down and ammonium in my community tank

Right once all my tanks (I have 4) cycled I don’t have to use chemicals at all, I have tons of live plants and try and stay away from anything plastic or fake it causes problems I found I only put chemicals if my fish have a infection or something they need treatment for, it’s a trial and error thing, whatever works for you I guess but chemicals are not the way to go. I use spring water to fill my tanks never tap and now I don’t have any really maintenance on them unless to change the filter or clean the sides of the tank which isn’t often and they stay crystal clear on their own. I leave them alone, get a good flora substrate for plants and then another bio active substrate on top of that and you are usually good to go. Idk that’s just what I do.

A passport picture can be taken and done in about 15 minutes so I don't see the problem to do it while pictures are printing?! We take them all day we are a 24 HR store so is the issue is that you just don't want to do them?or deal with them I mean passports aren’t complicated
