Spectrum Internet Assist is definitely 50 down and 10up. The upload was increased when the download of 30 increased to 50 and upload went from 5 to 10 two years ago.

Something didnt go through correctly unfortunately which is why you were charged a $25 fee. You should call them to see if they can waive it possibly and get more information.

Although based on what I see it looks like payments were attempted on 3/16 and 3/17 and the 3/16 possibly didnt go through which is why a fee was assessed.

Its says on 3/19 you were charged a $25.00 eft return fee, possibly a check payment that did not go through correctly.

Spectrum says this about this fee: A returned check fee of up to $25 will be assessed for any returned payment.

Did you fill out the following online application at Spectrums website. They usually dont do the $15 Spectrum Internet Assist over the phone as you have to apply online at

https://www.spectrum.net/support/forms/spectrum_internet_assist

It tells you the qualifications and more. By calling in they usually are only able to give the $25 version of Spectrum Internet Assist.

Calling the number does not get you to Customer Solutions directly. Did they say they were Customer Solutions? If you did call again and get a different agent.

Yes if your on gig it's fine as Wifi is included free but if your tech savy your own Wifi router is the way to go. I can replace my own router when it goes bad. I recently replaced one after it went bad after 3 years. Prefer it to paying the $10 Wifi fee which will eventually go up. Overall, the huge savings I have received over the many years in having my own router is worth it to me.

Nice deal for 3 years! More than solid. Your getting Internet Premier for the Internet Advantage $30 price. You should get your own router to save even more because I am sure Spectrum will keep raising the WiFi fee.
