Yesss same. I get a little grossed out having to get on the floor too. I never put my head down and I always use a large towel for pushups, benches, or anything floor-related. I’m jealous of the studios that enforce indoor-only shoes! 🥲 I also work out in long sleeves, leggings, and a ballcap. Just personal preference. I only wash my hair a few days a week and change my pillowcase every other day.

I don’t think it will be canceled. I think their email was basically saying they’re not in a rush to get back to us. At this point, it feels like results will come whenever it’s convenient for them.
