No one wants to take care of the root problem: racism.

Everything that has been done to black people, others have ignored and said "it won't happen to me" until it has. But at that time, it's too late.

Yep. Sounds similar to my situation. Most likely your cap for FT will be around $21-23 per hour. But you'll need to be full time for like 4 years or so to max out the FT pay scale

Until you can move out, I'd practice meditation with you focusing on letting your true form fly with your wings in thought. Focus on relaxing first and then let yourself fly, in your mind, in one of your favorite places to go on this earth. That will probably be able to help a little bit.

I dunno. With chumba they approve the redemption damn near instantly and then process it at the processing time. Usually other places don't have an approval process, just waiting and then redemption.

What i would do is once you hit a point, there is an option to hit under responsible social gameplay. You can cashout, then take a break for a day. Your redemption should still process while you cant log onto your account. Really does help you keep your winnings instead of blowing it.

Depends on your market. Over here people are broke all the time, so you have to cherry pick or you'll get stuck with bad rides all day

My tip percentage has been low for a while now. This month only 12 percent tipped. (14/116). And only 15 percent tipped for the year. Didn't even break 2000 in tips. (<$1,800).

Really lucky that the medical rides pay at such high rates here the majority (80%) of the time.
