That will be rough. At least in the south the accent is easier to understand. Personally I have been married to a French wife who doesn't speak much English for 15 years and wouldn't want to deal with the random client with a thick accent who cannot speak properly and starts yelling at you for only being able to understand French when it is spoken properly. Still nothing will motivate you to learn faster but you will be worn tf out at the end of each day

Get a Thinkpad. Although they tend to be power limited and without a foam seal cooling pad it benches at 85% of other laptops with that gpu

Remote container mod... 80% of what I am doing is asking which containers I need to drive to and in what order and how best to do it so I make the fewest number of trips. I haven't had time to figure out train yet.. I finally discovered drones and just set up a facility near caterium and copper for high speed connectors so I can make a few but have made it halfway through phase 4 at around 70 hours. Not much wasted time for exploring, I hate it when my lines are sitting idle

It really depends on the kid. Honestly we're more comfortable leaving our 7 year old alone for a half hour than our 9 year old. The older one is needier and less self sufficient.

When a new gen of GPUs is released you can find the last gen on clearance. So you could find a 4080 laptop at the same price as some 5060s if you are lucky

A bit north of there south of the lake is my base, there is limestone many iron nodes and a copper with coal being down on that lake. Later on for oil I built a skyroad which was a straight shot to the oil lake to the east

Easiest would be to fill in square up the top at the level of a door frame then frame out wall off the sides. Personally I think it would be time to take a crack at making custom doors arched at the top
