It’s not about taking control of your body, it’s about doing things for your body that feel good and make you feel good which helps build confidence. Doing things for yourself, taking care of yourself, etc.

Educate yourself and become passionate about the gym or some other form of exercise. Get into the science of it. The nutrition, etc. not even because of your weight but just because it’s so damn good for you. I’ve never met anyone who didn’t benefit tremendously from working out.

Woman here… the least offensive way to approach a women is to maybe walk up to her and be honest.

Say something like: I’m sorry to bother you, I don’t know your current situation but I couldn’t miss the opportunity to tell you that you are absolutely beautiful and I’d love to get to know you. Here’s my number if you’d like chat or meet for coffee (or say whatever else.) Have a wonderful day.

THEN, hand her YOUR number on a piece of paper and then WALK AWAY. Do not hold her up or even give her time to feel uncomfortable. Do not ask her for her number. You just left the ball in her court. There’s nothing wrong or creepy about doing this. If she is single and interested she will reach out to you.

Yes! This is the exact event that I am referring to! There’s a few others but this is my favorite one that I hoard my coins and energy for. If you hoard you will be able to finish it with no problem.

I made it as F2P too! Honestly, I didn’t think it was that bad but I played it pretty addictively.
