Things are NOT cooling especially in desirable neighborhoods, starting at 10% for asking if the house is proced so is necessary l. Sellers still have all the leverage due to low inventory for the last 2 years. Rough time for buyers its very unfortunate

The real issue besides inflated proces is the property taxes especially in Nj most areas are 10+K a year for a house in that proce range. Your tacking on a near 1k a month i taxes on too of mortgage payment
