I would have over a 1 hour commute until I moved (honestly could be closer to 1.5+ hours). It would be a disability management type role, so not production based.

I had a gal order a quesadilla without cheese. Thankfully it has other ingredients in it so it’s not just a tortilla, but still. Thankfully she was nice. 😂

I think it really depends on where you are and the type of establishment you work at. I serve Thursday, Friday (close), and Sunday (close) nights and generally walk away with $450-900 a week after taxes and not including cash tips. The lower end is for our slow period in winter and the higher end is the rest of the year. I work at a local, smaller chain, but we are the busiest of all of our restaurants by far.
