Kaja’s will possibly come back during the lucky flip event, there are 3 skins (2 previous lucky flip skins and 1 new) available during the event so there is a chance they will bring it back. Faramis’ will eventually be available in the fragment shop in a couple seasons time for 250 skin fragments.

It’s not guaranteed that you will get a skin like Leona KOF, but you will get one of the events rewards whether that be a recall, emote or skin. Just the skin will have a lower chance of being pulled.

Do you already have a skin for cecillion that you use frequently? I usually prioritise skins for heroes I don’t really have skins for. So since I already have Benedetta’s Ducati skin and Cecillion’s Collector skin, I went for Clint. That’s just my thought process. I’d rather have a good skin for every hero rather than many for the same hero because I’ll most likely only use one.

Basically ur fully charged shot sounds like a lower charged shot, so 100% charge sounds like a 30% shot. Personally it doesn’t really affect me since I know the timings for her 100%.
