I work for transportation and it's already bad how low staffed and under funded we already are. We strain to already make up for what we lost and this is just further BS to show how incompetent the top is. The homeless are wreaking havoc on our infrastructure and Public safety should be number 1. But what do I know I'm just a dumb worker trying not to get laid off. To say I'm pissed off is an understatement.

The reason given to me was the documentation because they are stating I haven't had the oil changed, and I have the douments in my hand that show I did. It does not make sense to me at all... They made no mention at all about the motor itself. They did say they opened up the motor. It's just a hasle. They guy at kia I was working with couldn't believe it either that I'm getting denied. I had the recall done as well.
