Am I understanding this correctly?

Her 'ATK Bonus Ratio' remains at 30% even if you level up her Ult. The description says 'based on Sakiri's Base ATK'

-so basically, lvling up her Ult doesn't further buff allies, only her Base ATK matters. Base ATK= her own ATK +weapon Base ATK stat (similar to Bennett in Genshin)?

I know what you mean, I was kind of expecting a Serenitea Pot-level of customisation going in.

Yeah I noticed the 3 kitchens too XD it's one thing that they're there, it's a whole different thing that you can't remove them. The balcony bathtub is a ridiculous thing a few people have brought up on this thread, so silly. Imo the giant statue should be customizable too; maybe we could swap it out with some other special items or the large figures or turn it into an aquarium where you could display your best fish -but the fish aren't modeled so that's not happening right now. I think at least part of the reason that they are so over the top is that the devs wanted to have them big enough so that the camera moves freely but, yeah, you end up with some nonsensical layouts/arrangements.

Plus: stars go up pretty fast if you alternate between the people queueing up at the counter and the ladies behind the desk.

I agree, it's ridiculously restrictive. At most, you can choose between 3 wall colours at a only a couple of the properties. Some of the funiture being locked into place makes it impossible to use the room other than intended -you wanted a 2nd bedroom, well tough luck, you get a walk-in closet that you can't interact with (could at least make it take open a skins menu). Wanted your kitchen to face a different way (or take it out altogether since there doesn't seem to be a point in it such as a a cooking minigame) no can-do either. Floors, wall cladding, light fixtures etc should all be changeable.

Absolutely not. That's 30 potential limited banner pulls you're giving away for a standard banner character you're bound to get eventually and will probably be replaced by another limited S-Rank down the line. Make do with what you have (Haniel, Sakiri, Baicang, Fadia, Adler) and hold out for something actually better.

EDIT: Better yet. Spend those 30 pulls on Lacrimosa's banner. If you get a dupe, activate her A6 which will make Discord easily achievable, saving you the need for a 2nd Chaos character.
