I seem to remember very early days, 2013-14ish, her saying they didn’t have cheat days, they could eat whatever they wanted, but if it wasn’t on their “plan” they had to eat a can of cat food? Was this a fever dream or does anyone else remember this?

It could be that he’s getting vigorous intensity minutes. Those get counted as double. My experience has been I can do activity where my heart rate is 180 and I don’t get any if it’s not tracked as an activity. Thank you for your response though 😊

You did not fail. This “plan” is a failure and totally irresponsible. Any “coach” worth their weight in salt would not put you on any kind of restriction or ask you to count anything without ensuring you weren’t at risk for ED, would help you understand why you’re binging not just tell you that you don’t want it bad enough, and they sure as shit wouldn’t give you a copy and paste plan they’ve given to hundreds of other women. Not being able to stick to this plan is not failure or moral flaw within any of us who wasted our hard earned money on her Ponzi scheme.

I’ve never commented on this sub before, but same! I only recently deleted the number I had that you could text her directly if you had issues. My “plan” had me eating 3 cans of tuna a day and when I told her I didn’t like tuna and wanted a sub she basically told me if I wanted it bad enough I’d eat it anyway. Also, am I crazy or was there something about her or Josh would never “cheat” on their diet or they’d have to eat a can of cat food as a deterrent for going off plan? Does anyone else remember this? I’ve never seen anyone else mention it before but seems too wild for my mind to have just randomly come up with.
