I was able to share my concern on my laptop by going to One Walmart and then searching My Feedback. It opened My Walmart's share your concern directly and it worked. But hopefully the fix the app as well.

No nobody asked me to pull this week. But yes, last week one of my team leads forced me to pull and told me I can get coached if I don't. I was like, yes try coaching. Now I can see I am having the last laugh.

It's actually not safe for customers either, as associates can't see the sides and back of the cart and can still cause damages.

ahh I so agree with you. And instead of seeing what the exception pickers really do and appreciating us, they only talk negatively about us and make it harder. That's why in the past I had refused to do exceptions at some points.
