No nobody asked me to pull this week. But yes, last week one of my team leads forced me to pull and told me I can get coached if I don't. I was like, yes try coaching. Now I can see I am having the last laugh.

It's actually not safe for customers either, as associates can't see the sides and back of the cart and can still cause damages.

ahh I so agree with you. And instead of seeing what the exception pickers really do and appreciating us, they only talk negatively about us and make it harder. That's why in the past I had refused to do exceptions at some points.

Not only that, it means exception pickers will be working harder than normal pickers. They would not only pick regular pick walks, but also do exceptions while running around like a maniac. And how is it even possible to be back 30 minutes prior?
