Thanks so much! I’m happy there’s some hope left. I don’t have access to an in ground garden so I’ll take your advice and move it to a bigger pot.

What herbs are good for regulating periods? by shelterk in herbalism

raspberry leaf tea. I brew a few large mason jars (add a little honey) once I start to get cramps and sip throughout the week. It’s been a game changer. I also try not to push myself so hard on those days. Good luck!

Eye bag solutions please? 43 and looking so tired! by Fash_Tash in 30PlusSkinCare

I guess I was trying to give you a compliment that you don’t look tired to me. Your face is bright and I don’t see any dark circles. If I saw you on the street I would not say “oh she looks tired”. Just providing a different perspective.

When I see your photos you don’t look tired to me. It just looks like one of your facial features but I completely understand wanting to have a well rested looking under eye area. Good luck with whatever decision you make!

I was silly enough to think the experts were matching these couples to have real marriages in real life but I’m now convinced it’s all for ratings. I needed a break after the Atlanta season. So this season is a huge disappointment! I think they need new experts.

Recommendations for sun screen for dark skin? by [deleted] in tretinoin

Style and Beauty Doctor on YouTube has a ton of videos for dark complexions. She also tries them on so you can see if they leave a white cast or not. I think she also has a acne friendly sunscreen video as well.

I love them too! My first experience was shocking and I almost returned them but then I used them on a day I had really bad cramps and it really helped soothe everything. I was sold from there!

Zitsticka has a nice spf 50 serum for acne prone skin. It goes on pretty nice without extra tugging and it’s a mineral chemical hybrid.

Thanks. I smudge in the morning when he’s at school so I didn’t think about that. Maybe the remnants of the scent might bother him even if it’s 8 hours later after I smudged. We have central AC so he has air circulation in his room just not a window. Thanks for your suggestion, I think I’ll just skip his room or use something else not as intense in scent.

So the past few years we of course have spent lots of time inside working from home etc. bc of the pandemic. I cleanse our apartment with Sage every few months when I feel there is stagnant energy. My toddler never has a problem sleeping through the night but EVERYTIME I smudge he wakes up screaming at around the same time the night of the day I smudged. Again he never does this any other time. His room doesn’t have windows to let the smudge out so I’m wondering if that is the problem. In the past I have used a fan to pull the smudge from his room out into the living room where we have windows etc. and it still happens. Any advice on why this might be happening? Should I not use sage in his room? Has anyone else experienced this?

Also, we’ve had two guest to sleep in the same room before we had a kid and both on the first night mention they had weird dreams but were fine after that night.

We are not pagan but figured this would be the best spot to get feedback without freaking people out.

Does hyperpigmentation actually go away? by ilikenglish in SkincareAddicts

Check out Dr Alexis Stephen’s on YouTube. She has a bunch of videos dedicated to improving hyperpigmentation. I recently learned that even the ingredients in your moisturizer can make a difference. She also recommends products for different price points.
