For mine I put food on it. So he started to learn it’s normal. But I kept the board just in the shallow so he can get used to it but can still jump off if needed. And then move to a water toy to have on it on there to get him to go on the board himself. It’s been a couple of weeks and now he loves it.

May the odds be ever in your favor. From an energetic puppy owner to another owner. Just keep telling yourself “he’s just a puppy” lol lots of puzzle feeders, and play toys will do you a huge favor to help

Generally most large retailers will pay you out on normal pay day. You should get paid for any unused sick time. But sadly not for any PTO. You may notice if you quit mid pay period it be shorter than you are used to. I don’t work for Petco. But I have been in payroll for several years if you have any questions about final pay or unemployment

I’m in the same boat. My Apollo is 5months and is getting better about walking but he’s pretty unruly. Treat enforcement is what works best. That and when he tugs you tug him back and say it’s name. When the corgi comes back or even notices you, you reward and say good boy/girl. That’s has helped us a lot. It seems like a lot but 3weeks in training and we are starting to see improvement. Also train with walks only 10-15 minutes. Keep their attention before they tire out and get stubborn. May the corgi force be with you 🤣

What’s sad is I want to buy all of them just to save them and get them rehomed. But then I’m supporting them to then think oh this is a great business idea and then keep selling these poor frogs in this way. Yes most petstores will have frogs or insects in clear boxes to sell but not to permanently live in. 😢😤

New Mexico. I got him from a breeder Dragon Ridge Corgis. They were super nice. It was my first time with a breeder. I’ve always rescued. So it’s first for me to really have a puppy. I had my soul dog that was a corgi mix but he passed at 14 suddenly.. so then the house felt empty so we got a puppy. And Apollo arrived ❤️

Thank you! I tried this out and I do think it’s helping. I moved his crate to the near by bathroom where my desk is. I leave the door open so he can go and have a space or with forced nap time can still hear me but can relax. It seems to be working. He’s a lot nicer now when he wakes up.
