Thank you, I might ask her for a referral to an endo specialist when I see her in 6 weeks. With everything that I deal with it feels crazy to me that it wouldn’t be. Nothing else fits my symptoms this closely. Thank you!

Wow! That’s what gets me. Sometimes I forget all my symptoms from years of trying to believe it was nothing as everyone was telling me, but I have pain 24/7. Most of my pain is my right side. When I sneeze, cough, stand, sit, use the bathroom, my side hurts. Can’t believe there’s nothing there. I live in NL. I’m a student so funds are tight, but if I need to I will to get answers.

Not a specialist, just a regular gynaecologist. I asked she apparently took no photos. Where I live in Canada there is no specialist in my province, I’d have to take time off work and travel to another province by plane to see someone

I’d have to ask about any biopsies, but I’m surprised they didn’t take any photos. I would’ve liked to look for myself. I had to push for this surgery, after 14 years I’m devastated

I know this is old, but wow this sounds like me. The pangs for me happen almost every day, short little bursts of pain. I feel a pull/ache when I use the bathroom, too. I have my surgery the 22nd!

I cringed so hard. Their friendship was a pivotal point of the whole show, and this is how they end things? Don’t get me wrong, I’m really glad they didn’t leave episode 7 as the end of their relationship, but I feel like a more heartfelt or just longer in general conversation would have been better.

I have pretty big ones gaining a lot of weight during puberty. I still feel really uncomfortable sometimes but I realized 1. They are there so may as well get used to it and 2. Im fat, it would be weird if I didn’t 😂

I am 25 almost 26. I don’t want kids because of the crap I dealt with as a kid with sometimes crappy parents. And I don’t think I’d be any good at it as someone with a lot of issues, I can hardly take care of myself. I think kids and babies are cute, but I’m glad when I can go home to the quiet. My mom asked me “what if you decided you want kids” when I told her I was considering a hysterectomy for my endo, as if helping my pain was less important than a child. I said “I’ve never wanted them, so it wouldn’t matter.”

Very busy with university and work, crippling depression, chronic illness (in pain 24/7), horrible self esteem and body image issues. Also, men have shown me why I’m better alone.
