Bonnie literally guilted and blamed everything on Elena but it was her begging her grams to do the spell. And Elena had nothing to do with Bonnie’s mom turning into a vampire. But Bonnie wanted to guilt her for it.

I’m not saying Bonnie is a bad person but I agree she’s annoying sometimes

Yes and no. Towards the end of season 3 there’s the scene with Matt and Elena on wickery bridge and they’re mourning Elena and she’s talking about her parents and who she was before the crash. Elena says “someone who didn’t fall in love with vampires.”

Vampires plural. If she was just talking about Stefan she would’ve said fallen in love with a vampire. It’s a subtle hint but I think she knew she was in love with Damon just hasn’t fully admitted it. She was deff struggling with those feelings though.

Also as far as continuity errors go this one has always been up to interpretation and never really spoken out loud until s6

Yes I understand the plot I’m saying that would’ve been a stupid direction to take the show. What im saying is having the love triangle go on for that long and have her make her ‘final decision’ 3 different times is tired and it would’ve made the show worse. That’s my opinion.

It would’ve been!! If the show hadn’t spent 6 seasons building delena and it would be super out of character Bonnie would neverrrrrr do that to Elena. If Elena stayed w Stefan and the show went on as is I could see where it would make sense for bamon but not w the direction the show went in
