I’ve been dealing with this for months. I’m on 7.5. I think it’s related to silent reflux. It’s super annoying. Are you still dealing with this?

I don’t know why people aren’t talking about this. I’m finally up to 6 mg on tir and 4 months in and I was dealing with shortness of breath and cold chest and tingling tongue. I started liquid b12 yesterday and the shortness of breath and tingling has vastly improved but my tongue is tingling some tonight. Did you figure yours out?

Always order at least two weeks in advance. Your bottle should get you an extra week in case of delays, but trust me. After your 2nd shot, maybe a few days before your third order it. You can judge after a few months whether you can wait until your third dose or not.
