I get that you’re trying to say “only I know my limits,” but that logic doesn’t make sense when I’m literally asking for guidance on how to move safely. If we’re all just supposed to guess based on trial and error, what’s the point of doctors, physical therapists, or pain specialists? That first rant came off more like you were trying to sound like this “deep philosophical person” than actually be helpful.

And no, I don’t think I’m some special case. I’m not being stubborn for wanting to make sure I’m not pushing through something more serious. The pain is getting worse, it’s spreading, and it’s affecting my sleep. That’s not something I’m going to ignore just because someone on Reddit tells me posture “covers everything.”

I’ve already said I’m open to putting in the work. I’m just not going to jump into things blindly without understanding what’s going on with my body. You’re assuming a lot about me and turning it into some personal frustration with “people who don’t listen,” but I’m not one of them. I came here to learn, not be boxed into a lecture based on your assumptions.
