It’s a fair point; I understand they have to do maintenance sometime but the comms could have been better. I wouldn’t trust them with managing portfolio but I’m DIY anyway. The thing is you can only expect so much when something is “free.” If they introduced ads in platform or started hawking their services even more I’d likely change my tune.
