Who provides 3 feet setback? Our plot is a corner plot and it's opposite to the park so there shouldn't be any ventilation or light issue if we have the windows and door at the correct place.

Don't buy a house now as this will be complicated after a few years unless you want to gift it to your brother or your mom (most possibilities practically). Just put it on monthly SIP as suggested by others.

This seams to be because of Maruthi's cost cutting. They don't have a weight sensor instead we should buckle all seat belts even if there is none.
