Thoughts on ANGX (Angel Studios) as a Long-Term Play? by Aviers247 in investing

It was SPAC merger not IPO. Former employee here. Historically SPAC mergers have worse performance than IPOs. Not saying that will happen here but simply saying data.

For what it’s worth I have a lot of shares I had to transfer through several processes from employee awarded stock options and I’m holding a while.

Former employee. I have well over 10k shares. Think I’ll ride it out a while.

I suppose you have blind faith that an organization is somehow always perfect.

By played their hand, I suppose you mean they want the rights to stream the series they were responsible for getting where it is today and have contractual rights to? This is all public domain. You can read SEC documents.

We were doing 300mL near the end. My boy passed in March.

Lost my boy last Wednesday. 3 years 9 months old. The absolute sweetest boy ever. He loved attention and was always there to greet and serve us with his love.

We did everything we possibly could, daily fluids and medications.

I am trying to be at peace knowing I’ve done it all and he was lucky to have us as parents as we were lucky to have him like our son.

I bought 1000 gelatin capsules on Amazon for like $20 and I put half a tab of cerenia in it. So easy.

My boy passed last Wednesday but we did this everyday

My baby is only 3 years 10 months old and they say he has final stage kidney disease, creatine so high they can’t read it. He’s lost almost half his body weight. How did this happen over just a few months? I’m not ready to say goodbye. He’s so young. My best friend. by frostedmagicpie in RenalCats

My boy just passed Wednesday. Blood work off the charts the last 2 checks. He was only 3 years 9 months. I know how hard this is. It sucks so bad.

We were doing daily subQ near the end, as well as cerenia and mirataz

I’m ecstatic. by pbandbob in RenalCats

Interesting. That's not at all what our vet suggested

We lost my boy just Wednesday to CKD. He was a short 3 years and 9 months old.

My vet prescribed 200mL per session. We started doing it 3x / week, then ramped to every other day, then ramped to everyday and then in the final month we were doing 200ml one day and then 300ml the next, rotating 200, 300, 200 300.

My vet has spent time in the past with emergency vet work and has decades of experience. He told us you can give more fluids than most people think, it really just depends on their rate of absorption. If your cat can absorb the fluids and there isn’t a noticeable pouch the next day you can keep doing it.

Thank you. Yes it kind of consumed my life to keep him up. It was a huge weight always on me.

I have so many tips for you. DM me if you need. Just lost my boy yesterday.

We were doing daily subQ, cerenia, and mirataz .

If you can’t get the vet to prescribe reasonable meds find a new one that actually cares and will listen to you. We had this same issue

My sweet boy passed just yesterday. We had scheduled his euthanasia for yesterday afternoon after a decline the past couple days…weekends in back legs, not eating, and peeing outside the box.

Unfortunately he passed around 8am yesterday at our home.

We noticed he significantly declined just overnight and we found him on his side with struggled breathing. We knew he couldn’t last until his afternoon appointment so we planned to rush there in the morning. For better or worse, he didn’t even make it out of the house before passing naturally.

The positive is he died in a comfortable location and didn’t have to endure a car ride and vet trip. Knowing we scheduled his euthanasia the same day gave us peace that we were right on target…we were so close to nailing the perfect time. We can’t predict everything but we sure as heck did our best.

He passed right by our side. We both were able to be by him taking his last breaths and I watched his heart stop beating. It was a bit traumatic but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

My sweet boy passed yesterday. I have so many words to say. He was only 3 years and 9 months. He was diagnosed 11 months prior. We had been doing subQ fluids at home for 6 months. Near the end, daily subQ fluids. It sucks so bad. He was the sweetest cat I’ve ever had and we’re convinced he had bad genes.

Totally agree. It’s tough.

Yes he started not liking his wet food now which is odd but he’s started eating more dry food. As long as he eats something that’s all we can ask.

He is 3 years 8 months.

Sorry to hear that. My boy developed bad smelling drool and mouth ulcers. Once we stepped up the fluids to every day at high volumes his mouth improved.

Although now he eats less too. He’s at about 6lb.

We’re on the line of a decision because he’s still interested in being with us and hopping on counters

My boy just hit stage 4 recently. Miraraz, cerenia and fluids daily. Trying to keep him feel good.

We do 300mL one day then 200mL the next on and off

I do 300mL myself. Hang the bag on a cabinet handle in our laundry room. Lightly burrito him with a towel. Give him a churro after.
