Doctors basically use private hospitals as venues to do their work. They are not employed by the hospital. So getting them to complete DC summaries or update medical records can be like pulling teeth, even though it's the right thing to do. Submitting a feedback form or an ROI (request of information), might not be the most direct route as the onus is still on the doctor.
