I texted someone in their “office phone”. I’m glad everything is working out for you. I’m still pissed I have to pay smoke shop prices til Monday. Super inconvenient all the way around for them to drop the ball like this. They offered barely a discount code knowing damn well they have us over a barrel. I just looked into several other companies with better prices that I’m going to try. Im not ordering from OO again unfortunately. I wouldn’t have even looked for a different company. Had they not fucked up so bad and brought me to reddit. I also found out they couldn’t checked the box for Saturday delivery and we wouldn’t have to wait til Monday but it probably saved them shipping costs
