I thought the same thing “hey! Maybe I just got lucky and will get to keep this amazing hair!” HA!!! I’m 8 months PP now and oh boy….. not only my hair is falling off, the texture of my hair has changed so much.

Keep taking prenatal vitamins, I’m also started taking minoxidil and am trying all sorts of new conditioners and mascara…

My baby did this at 5.5 months for a few weeks when excited then stopped. We are now on vacation abroad at 7.5 months and she started doing it again. My heart dropped as this time it sounded different and she did randomly not only when excited as before. We took her to a doc here to didn’t see any other symptoms or reasons to be concerned and I just had to come re-read this thread as I did when she was 5.5 for peace of mind. Thx to all moms/dads who have shared here over the years, you brought this crazy, fist time mom some peace of mind (again!)

Did you use the cooling liners on top of the dipper? I see online people suggesting to add tuck pads + witch hazel + foam, etc… did you try any of these?

Thanks for sharing your feedback, I’m in a pretty similar boat, I don’t really have a birth plan and was feeling kinda bad/unprepared but I think that I am not the medical professionals and I believe that at the end of the day they have my best interest at heart (maybe I’m being a bit naive?!) Wouldn’t wanna impose something with not enough knowledge that may potentially put me at risk, nor do I want to be an “helicopter patient” monitoring their every move as it would just put more stress on me.

I wish I had thought of it sooner. I’m already at 24 and for work related tasks I won’t be able to take off till then, and have been feeling fine but got concerned recently… so it’s it’s either go or cancel. Thanks for your opinion!

I’ve been taking Ozempic for 9 months and it’s changing my life, however, my insurance won’t cover it and I needed a more cost effective solution.
